Being Thankful

To continue our focus on a thankful heart...

I have been challenged and inspired by Ann at Holy Experience and her endless gifts and I so desire to cultivate that in my kiddos lives.  I want them to see God's hand in everything, to have a thankful heart and to find joy in the smallest things.

One of my goals for the summer was to work on a thankful book with them.  The boys each have their own book and in it they can draw, paint, paste pictures,  or choose whatever creative means they want to record all that they are thankful for.

It has brought such joy to my heart to see all that they are recording...

  1. Hi Carrie!
Thank you for sharing this great idea! It is so neat to see what our little ones are thankful for. I would love to do this with my little ones. I think we will wait to do this project when Miriam is a little older, and Maddie and her can make their own books together.

  2. How fun Cares...I know you have been working on this, but to see what they are thankful for is precious!

  3. I am thankful to have you so close in proximity and to be able to spend time with all of you. You are a blessing to each of us.
